At Sicily Fashion Week 2025 (SFW2025), Spherity took center stage to demonstrate how digital product passports (DPPs) can drive circularity, authenticity, and sustainable growth in the fashion sector. Our participation underscored a shared vision: combining regional excellence with digital innovation to shape the future of traceable, ethical fashion.
Why we attended
Spherity joined SFW2025 to showcase how decentralized digital identity technology can support sustainable supply chains, from local artisans to global markets. Our presence was a commitment to empowering the fashion industry with tools that ensure product authenticity, compliance, and transparency across the entire lifecycle—from raw materials to final design.
Our role at the event

At Sicily Fashion Week 2025, Spherity participated in several key activities to showcase how digital infrastructure supports sustainability and compliance in the fashion sector.
We joined a featured panel discussion, “Fashion & Circularity: Digital Product Passport,” alongside our partner JUNKLE, a Sicily-based design studio known for its work in upcycling and circular design. The panel highlighted the practical implementation of Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and featured a case study on the TAG bag—a limited-edition accessory made from repurposed sails and enriched with verifiable digital traceability.

During the event, we also announced our strategic partnership with TALIA Consulting, focused on supporting regional fashion brands in adopting scalable digital compliance frameworks while maintaining their creative and local identity.
Our presence emphasized how Spherity’s DPP infrastructure, based on verifiable credentials, enables transparent and trustworthy supply chains—from raw or recycled materials to the final product.

Key takeaways from SFW2025
1. Digital + Circular is the future of fashion
Our collaboration with JUNKLE spotlighted a compelling truth: digital product passports unlock the storytelling potential of circular design. With the TAG bag, every stitch tells a story of transformation—traceable, verifiable, and personal.
2. Regional Authenticity Can Go Global
By working with local innovators like JUNKLE and TALIA, we’re enabling Made in Sicily to become a global standard for sustainable and compliant fashion—without sacrificing creativity or craftsmanship.
3. Purpose-Driven Partnerships Accelerate Scale
Our joint initiative with TALIA shows how consulting, design, and technology can align to deliver the Twin Transition: digital-first and circular-first.
